Warranty Information
Patio Covers, Carports and RV Covers
Workmanship
We offer a one-year warranty on all of our covers for workmanship. Should you have a leak or any other issue related to the installation of your cover, we will fix it free of charge for one year.
Materials
Our covers are painted with a baked enamal finish. The manufacturer warrants the paint against chipping, cracking or peeling for ten years.
Workmanship
We offer a one year warranty on workmanship for the installation of siding products. Should you have a piece of siding come loose due to high winds or other issues with installation, we will repair/reinstall the siding at no charge.
Materials
The various manufacturers we use for vinyl siding all provide a life time limited warranty for the materials used for vinyl siding installation. Should there be any issues with the materials, we will work with the manufacturer to provide replacement materials and the labor necessary to install them.
Lattice Covers
Workmanship
We offer the same one year workmanship warranty on our lattice covers. Any problems with the installation of a lattice cover will be taken care of for one year free of charge.
Materials
Our lattice covers are manufactured by Metals USA under the brand name of Ultra Lattice. There is a lifetime limited warranty provided on the materials.
Windows
Workmanship
Vinyl replacement windows are covered by the manufacturer with a lifetime limited warranty on all components except glass breakage.
Materials
This includes frames, hardware and seal breakage on insulated glass panes.

This Warranty Disclaimer applies to all installation and construction services performed by DFW Siding and Patio.
Workmanship Warranty
All workmanship provided by King Premier Home Services, LLC is covered by a limited workmanship warranty, as stated in your signed project agreement or contract.
This warranty generally covers:
• Installation workmanship issues caused by our labor
• Corrections required due to improper installation
Warranty duration may vary depending on the project type and will be listed on your agreement.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by weather events, storms, hail, lightning, flooding, or natural disasters
• Damage caused by homeowner neglect, improper maintenance, or modifications done by others
• Material defects covered by manufacturer warranties
• Normal wear and tear
• Changes requested after installation
• Settling, shifting soil, foundation movement, or structural issues outside our control
Material Warranties
Many manufacturers offer their own product warranties.
Examples may include:
• Vinyl or aluminum siding warranties
• Roofing, paint, caulking, or fastener warranties
• Patio cover or pergola components
We will provide documentation upon request when available.
Filing or processing manufacturer warranty claims is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customer Responsibilities for Warranty Validity
To maintain warranty protection, customers may be required to:
• Perform recommended maintenance
• Retain proof of purchase or installation agreements
• Notify us promptly if an issue appears
Failure to do so may void coverage.
Limitations
This warranty does not guarantee:
• Exact color match of replacement materials over time
• Against fading due to UV exposure
• Performance of products beyond the manufacturer’s specification
• Improvements to structure beyond contract scope
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated in writing:
• All services are provided as is
• We do not make promises beyond what is written in your contract
• No verbal promise or estimate by staff changes written terms
Liability
Our total liability is limited to:
• Repair or replacement under the written warranty
or
• Refund of the portion of the project relating to the defective work
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless required by Texas law.
